These terms govern all bookings made with Copenhagen Airport Ride (“we”, “us”) through copenhagenairportride.com, by email, phone or WhatsApp. By confirming a quote you accept these terms. They are written to be read — if anything is unclear, ask us before you book: bookings@premiercitytransfer.com.
1. The service
We provide pre-booked passenger transport: airport transfers, point-to-point rides, hourly chauffeur hire, limousine service and related concierge arrangements in Denmark and southern Sweden. A booking becomes binding when we confirm your acceptance of a quote in writing (email or WhatsApp message).
2. Quotes and prices
Quotes are fixed and include the vehicle, driver, fuel, road and bridge tolls, normal waiting time (section 5) and standard luggage. A quote remains valid for 48 hours unless stated otherwise. Services requested after confirmation — additional stops, extended waiting, extra passengers — are charged at the rates we communicate at the time of the request, never invented afterwards.
3. Payment
Payment is made to the driver by card or cash after the journey, or by invoice where agreed in advance. Invoices are payable within 14 days. For large group bookings and events we may agree a deposit in writing before the date.
4. Confirmation details — your side of the deal
Please check your confirmation: pick-up address, date, time, flight number and passenger count. We plan from what is written there. If you spot an error, reply immediately and we will reissue the confirmation. Telling the driver about a different destination on the day may change the price (section 2).
5. Waiting time
Airport pick-ups include 60 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time — we track the flight, so delays in the air cost you nothing. All other pick-ups include 15 minutes. Additional waiting is charged at the rate stated in your confirmation; the driver will always try to reach you before waiting charges begin.
6. Cancellations and changes
- More than 24 hours before pick-up: cancellation is free, changes are free.
- Within 24 hours: we first try to move or resell the slot; where costs cannot reasonably be avoided, we may charge up to the full fare.
- Weddings, events and multi-vehicle bookings: individual cancellation windows are stated in the quote, as these reserve several cars and drivers.
7. No-shows
If you cannot locate your driver, call or message the number in your confirmation before leaving — we will connect you within minutes. A no-show without any contact may be charged in full. If we fail to provide the confirmed vehicle without offering a comparable alternative, you receive a full refund of any amount paid, plus our sincere apology.
8. Passenger responsibilities
Passengers must wear seat belts, follow the driver’s safety instructions and ensure children use the child restraints provided. Consuming alcohol and smoking (including e-cigarettes) are not permitted in the vehicles. Damage or soiling caused by a passenger may incur a reasonable cleaning or repair fee, documented with photos.
9. Luggage and special items
Standard luggage appropriate to the vehicle is included. Bulky items — bikes, skis, golf bags, wheelchairs, instruments — are welcome when declared at booking so the right vehicle is assigned. We may decline items that cannot be carried safely or legally.
10. Child seats
Danish law requires appropriate child restraints. We fit infant carriers, child seats and boosters free of charge when ages are stated at booking. If we arrive and discover an undeclared small child, the driver may need to arrange a seat before departing — possibly with delay — as we will not carry children unsecured.
11. Delays and events outside our control
We plan generous margins, track flights and know the local traffic — but we are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control: extreme weather, road closures, accidents, border controls or official instructions. In such cases we do everything practical to get you there and inform you honestly along the way. Our liability for a missed connection is limited to the price of the affected journey.
12. Insurance and liability
All vehicles carry statutory passenger-transport insurance covering personal injury as required by Danish law. We are liable for our own negligence; nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for indirect losses (missed meetings, lost profits) beyond the fare paid.
13. Lost property
Found items are logged and kept for three months. Message us as soon as you notice something missing — if it is in the car, we can usually return it the same day (delivery costs may apply for longer distances).
14. Complaints
Write to bookings@premiercitytransfer.com within 14 days of the journey. A person investigates every complaint and replies with a real answer — refund, fix or explanation — normally within one week. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably belong to the Danish courts. If any clause is found invalid, the remainder stays in force.
