Booking & prices

How do I book a transfer?

Use the booking form on any page: enter your pick-up point, destination, date, time and passenger count, then your contact details. We reply with a fixed quote, usually within 30 minutes, and your booking is confirmed when you accept it.

Do I pay in advance?

No. You confirm the fixed quote first and pay the driver by card or cash after the ride, or request an invoice for business travel.

What does the price include?

Everything: the vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls (including the Øresund Bridge where relevant), normal waiting time and luggage. The quote you accept is the final price.

How is the price calculated?

By route and vehicle class, not by a running meter. Distance, expected duration and any tolls are priced once, before you commit — traffic on the day never changes your fare.

Can I get a receipt or invoice?

Yes. Every booking can be invoiced with full company details for expense claims — just tick the request in the notes or ask the booking team.

How far in advance should I book?

A few hours is usually enough for a standard sedan; for early-morning pickups, groups and peak summer dates, one to several days ahead is safer. Same-day requests are often possible — ask on WhatsApp.

Do you charge more at night or on holidays?

The quote you receive is the quote you pay, whatever the hour. Night and holiday jobs are priced when quoted — never adjusted afterwards.

At the airport

Where do I meet my driver at Copenhagen Airport?

In the arrivals hall, where your driver waits with a name sign. Full meeting instructions and your driver’s phone number are in the confirmation email.

What happens if my flight is delayed or lands early?

We track every flight and adjust the pick-up automatically. Sixty minutes of waiting after landing are free, which comfortably covers passport control and baggage.

What if I can’t find my driver?

Don’t leave the hall — call or WhatsApp the number in your confirmation and we will connect you within a minute. In years of operating, nobody has been left behind.

Do you monitor cruise ship arrivals too?

Yes. For pick-ups at Oceankaj and Langelinie we follow the ship’s actual docking time, and for departures we plan backwards from your boarding deadline.

Which terminal will I arrive at?

Almost all scheduled flights use Terminal 3 for arrivals. Your driver knows your flight and waits at the right exit either way.

Vehicles, luggage & children

How many people fit in one car?

Sedans take up to three passengers with luggage, V-Class vans up to seven, and Sprinter minibuses up to sixteen. For bigger groups we run several vehicles on the same schedule.

Do you have child seats?

Yes, free of charge. Tell us your children’s ages in the booking form and the right seats — infant carrier, child seat or booster — will be fitted before pick-up.

How much luggage can I bring?

A sedan comfortably takes two large suitcases plus cabin bags; the V-Class and Sprinter take roughly one large case per seat. If you are travelling heavy, say so and we will size the vehicle accordingly.

Can I bring skis, golf bags, a bike or a wheelchair?

Yes — declare bulky items in the notes so the right vehicle is assigned. Foldable wheelchairs travel free; bikes and ski bags are welcome in the vans.

Are pets allowed?

Small pets in carriers are always welcome. Larger dogs are usually fine too — mention it when booking so we assign a suitable car and allow for cleaning time.

Which cars do you use?

Late-model Mercedes: E-Class and S-Class sedans, V-Class vans and Sprinter minibuses. Every vehicle is licensed and insured for commercial passenger transport.

Changes, cancellations & the ride itself

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes — cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up, and changes are free whenever we can accommodate them (we almost always can). Just reply to your confirmation or message us.

What if my plans change at the last minute?

Tell us as soon as you know. Inside 24 hours we always try to move the booking rather than charge for it; a no-show without any contact may be charged in full.

Can I add an extra stop on the way?

Short stops (an ATM, picking up keys) are usually fine — mention them when booking so they are priced in. For multi-stop days, our hourly chauffeur service is the better tool.

Do drivers speak English?

Yes, all drivers speak English and Danish. Our booking team replies in English 24/7.

Do you drive outside Copenhagen?

Yes — anywhere in Denmark and across the bridge into Sweden. Malmö, Lund, Odense, Aarhus, Helsingør and the cruise terminals are all regular routes.

Is smoking allowed in the cars?

No — all vehicles are non-smoking. Your driver will happily plan a short break on longer journeys.

How do I complain if something goes wrong?

Email us within 14 days and a person — not a form letter — investigates and replies. Fair fixes, fast: that policy is written into our terms.
