If a meeting overruns, the schedule flexes with you; if one cancels, your driver already knows the fastest way to the next.

For investor roadshows and visiting delegations we assign one driver for the entire programme, share a live contact line with your coordinator, and treat the printed schedule as a living document. Luggage stays secure in the car between stops, and for larger groups a V-Class or Sprinter runs alongside the lead car so advisers and principals move together.

Hourly hire or fixed transfers — which is right?

A single ride from A to B is almost always cheaper as a fixed-fare transfer. Hourly hire wins from about three stops upwards, or whenever timings are uncertain — the driver simply stays with you, and the day costs the same whether meetings run early or late. Not sure?
