Step by step: from touchdown to the car
- Land and relax. We see your flight status in real time. Early or late, the pick-up adjusts automatically.

- Walk into arrivals. After customs you enter the public arrivals hall (Terminal 3 for most flights). Your driver stands at the meeting point with a name sign.
